Avoid Delivery Delays During the Postal Dispute – Some Advice

By Sabine on 22 October 2009

When you place an order for your organic baby food we try our very best to send it out to you as soon as possible.  With possible postal delays on the horizon though, I thought I would let Ulula customers know how we are handling the situation.

Ulula only uses the Royal Mail to send out orders on rare occasions, so thankfully most customers will not be affected at all by the current dispute. The only time we do use Royal Mail instead of our usual courier is when an order weight is very low. This way we can keep our total costs to dispatch orders as low as possible and therefore keep our delivery costs for you at an absolute minimum. So, if at all possible, to avoid problems with the current dispute please try to think ahead about your baby’s needs and order enough food to satisfy your baby for slightly longer.

Most customers understandably take advantage of our free delivery offer when they spend over £50 which, of course, gives you the best possible value.
