Well, it seem that summer is practically finished now and the days are noticeably shortening. The Ulula summer offer proved very popular with lots of customers, many of who tried the Bohlsener Mill mueslis and crunchies for the first time. But it is time now to think about changing to our autumn offer.

Having trained many years ago as a miller, I love spelt. Spelt is an ancient grain dating back seven thousand years and has some fantastic qualities. Compared to wheat, spelt is also higher in the B-complex vitamins and both simple and complex carbohydrates. Spelt also contains significantly more protein – great for fast growing babies.
