Shipping to Countries Outside of The United Kingdom

The table below lists the countries to which we can currently ship orders, along with associated costs.

Please note that orders to non UK destinations may not exceed 22 Kg in weight, if in doubt please contact us.

If your non-UK delivery address is within a remote area we will contact you before sending out your parcel. If this is the case we may need to charge you extra (minimum £15) to cover the additional costs involved and delivery may take at least one additional day. We do try to minimise such additional costs and delays, but please understand that the decision as to what constitutes a remote area rests with the courier.

British Forces Overseas	Please note that due to limitations with our courier we are not currently able to accept orders with British Forces Overseas delivery addresses. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Non EU Countries	All foods sold by Ulula strictly comply with the relevant European Union regulations. Regulatory requirements outside the EU may be different and may not currently be covered. In order to fully protect Ulula and our manufacturers from potential regulatory conflicts we have decided we can no longer ship foods to countries outside of the EU. We will continue to monitor the sitution and will change this policy as soon as conditions allow. In the meantime, our ever popular glass graters will continue to be shipped worldwide at very reasonable rates. Please contact us for details.

If you do not wish to place your order online you can do so over the phone, through the post or sent your request by email.
