We aim to despatch all orders, whatever the destination, within 2 to 5 working days, though most often despatch is achieved within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery after despatch anywhere within mainland UK is within 1 to 2 working days, often the next day. Deliveries to remote UK areas may take longer, for approximate delivery times see the remote UK postcode information page. However, Ulula cannot guarantee availability of all products and accepts no responsibility for being out of stock or for delays in delivery.

Should Ulula find itself unable to deliver the product or products you ordered, you will be advised by email. If you wish to have a substitute product shipped, it will be of a quality equal to, or superior to, that of the product you ordered, and that it will be offered to you at the same price as the product you ordered. If, despite that, the product does not suit you, you will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

Your order will be shipped via Parcel Force, our main shipping partner, in keeping with Parcel Force delivery polices and procedures. In some circumstances we may send the shipment via Royal Mail. Delivery will normally take place between 9 am and 5 pm

Carriage for UK mainland is charged at a flat rate of £4.60 per order up to £50. Carriage is free on orders totalling more than £50.00 in mainland UK, or £80 in remote areas. Otherwise, for carriage to remote UK postcodes (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Northern Ireland) please see the remote UK postcode information page. Orders for up to 1.5 Kg for remote postcodes can be delivered more cheaply via Royal Mail – in this instance please contact us to place an order.

Ulula now ships products to a selected number of countries outside of the United Kingdom. Carriage to these countries is charged at a flat rate. See the non UK shipping information page for the flat rate prices and expected delivery times. Orders to non UK destinations may not exceed 10 Kg in weight, if in doubt please contact us.

Orders to British Forces Overseas should contact us in advance before placing an order. Failure to do so will lead to an automatic refund of your monies minus an administration charge of £2.50.

All foods sold by Ulula strictly comply with the relevant European Union regulations. Regulatory requirements outside the EU may be different and may not currently be covered. In order to fully protect Ulula and our manufacturers from potential regulatory conflicts we have decided we can no longer ship foods to countries outside of the EU. We will continue to monitor the situation and will change this policy as soon as conditions allow.

The address given as a delivery address within the shopping cart, if different from the billing address, will be the address used to calculate shipping costs.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your goods arrive in good condition.

All products do not need to be stored in the refrigerator. Please read the instructions on the package.

Returns Policy

Please inspect all items immediately as soon as you receive them.

If the parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make a note of this when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately (the next working day at the latest so that we can claim against the courier).

Damaged or faulty goods will be refunded in full (including postage) or goods exchanged and postage refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected). When returning goods, please obtain a "Proof of Postage Certificate" from your post office, since we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. We recommend you use registered post to ensure safe delivery.

Returned goods should be in their original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
