Worldpay Secure Payment Help Page

This page provides help with using the Ulula website's secure payment system provided through Worldpay. We hope you find the system easy to use, but if you have any further questions get in touch. Happy shopping!

Phone and Mail Orders

If you do not wish to place your order online you can do so over the phone, or through the post. Please make a note of your purchases and phone or write, along with your contact details, using the information on our Contact Us page. We will ring you back to confirm the order and take your payment details.

Choosing How to Pay

After clicking the 'Continue to Step 3' button to confirm your personal details and the contents of your order, you will immediately be taken to our Worldpay secure payment page. Here you can see details of your order and select your payment method.

Our Worldpay partner accepts the following credit and debit cards:

Mastercard
Visa
Visa Delta
Visa Electron
Visa Purchasing
Solo, and
Switch / UK Maestro

To select your payment type just click on the image of the card you are using to purchase your order. You will receive a message that you are being re-directed to the appropriate payment server. This usually takes just a few seconds, though you can click on 'Continue' at any time.

Card Details Page

You are next asked to provide your card number, security code and expiry date. Your name will already be given as the card holder, but please do change this to exactly as appears on the card, if necessary.

Immediately below the card details you are asked to confirm the cardholder details. These are usually pre-filled from the information you entered earlier, but please do make any changes if the information you provided is not that of the paying cardholder. The Billing Address in this section must match those held on record for that card.

When you are happy that the information is correct click on the 'Make Payment' button to complete the transaction and return to the Ulula website.

If you need help at any time during this simple process simply click on the '?' button.

After Placing your Order

We will send you an email to confirm your order, as soon as payment has been processed. You will also receive a separate email from Worldpay to confirm your payment has been processed.

You can expect delivery of your goods within 3 to 5 days of placing the order, though often delivery is before this time. See our Shipping, Handling & Returns page for further information.
