Phone and Mail Orders

If you do not wish to place your order online you can do so over the phone, or through the post. Please make a note of your purchases and phone or write, along with your contact details, using the information on our Contact Us page. We will ring you back to confirm the order and take your payment details.

Browsing Our Shop

So you can find shop items easily, we have organised our products into categorised lists. Look to the left of every page to see our range and click on the category that interests you.

On the product category pages you will find a complete listing of products. Here you will find a product summary including a description and pricing details. Each product displays a number of icons corresponding to the product categories so you can learn at a glance more about the items that interest you.

Click on a product name or thumbnail image to see more information: a description, advice on usage, full ingredients list, quality level, package weight, manufacturer and pricing, along with a larger product shot.

In the top right corner of every shop page you will find your shopping basket. This summarises the items you buy, and is empty until you order an item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Basket

Whenever you see a product that you want to buy, simply click on the 'Add to Shopping Basket' buttons that appear on the product category and individual item pages.

You are then asked to select the package size and the number of items you want to order. To do so, click on the drop-down menus to see the available options and click on the one you want. Confirm your selection with the 'Add to Shopping Basket' button.

Your Shopping Basket

Your shopping basket shows all the items you have ordered and provides a running total of all goods. You can change the package size and number of items you want to order at any time by clicking the 'Adjust' button, and take an item out of your basket by clicking the 'Remove' button.

When you continue browsing the shop, you will notice the shopping basket summary to the top right of the page now summarises your purchases and order total.

Checkout

When you have finished shopping and wish to complete your order you can 'Proceed to Checkout'. To do so you can either click on the link that appears at the bottom of the basket summary on the top right of all shopping pages, or click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button in your actual shopping basket.

You can complete your purchase from Ulula with three quick and simple steps. You will receive an email to confirm everything.

Checkout - Step 1: Contact Details

Fill in a simple web form to tell us your name, address, phone number and email address. We need this information so we can process your order and deliver it to you. When completed, click the 'Continue to Step 2 of 3' button.

All information provided is treated in confidence and is never divulged to a third party. Read our Privacy Policy.

Checkout - Step 2: Confirm Details and Order

Check the contact details you have provided and confirm your order and order total. This provides you with a last opportunity to make any changes. If everything is okay, click on the 'Continue to Step 3' button to take you to our secure Worldpay page.

Checkout - Step 3: Payment

We have chosen Worldpay as our payment processor because we are confident in the security they can offer in handling your money and ours. Owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland, Worldpay's record as an easy to use secure payment processor is extremely good and they have a well deserved excellent reputation.

After Placing your Order

We will send you an email to confirm your order, as soon as payment has been processed. You will also receive a separate email from Worldpay to confirm your payment has been processed.

You can expect delivery of your goods within 3 to 5 days of placing the order, though often delivery is before this time. See our Shipping, Handling & Returns page for further information.
