We source products from Europe, keeping the transport costs low and promoting trade within Europe.

Quality

The Demeter quality mark demands the highest uniform standards, from production of crops to final processed and packaged product. Compliance with these standards is independently controlled. Research has proved the special aspects of biodynamically produced foods for decades. Through picture forming methods it is possible to see the specific atypical characteristics of the products' inner qualities. Using this method the differences between conventional and organic, but also between organic and biodynamic products can be distinguished. Even biodynamic processed products such as juice or milk differ in quality as do their raw materials like apples, grains or carrots. Food that has earned the Demeter quality mark is more than the sum of its ingredients.

Our partners are strongly committed to this high quality warranty and do not add sugar, salt, preservatives, flavours or food colourings to their baby food.

Tax Charges

All food items are VAT free.

Baby, body and skin care products are charged at a standard rate of VAT, currently 17.5%.

Composite supplies have one VAT liability based on the main component.

Making a Purchase

Purchasing from the Ulula website could not be easier. After completing your order and entering your payment details you will receive an order confirmation via email. Should you not receive the order confirmation within one day please email or phone to confirm whether your order's payment was processed.

We accept the following:

• Credit cards: Visa and MasterCard;
• Debit cards (UK issued): Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo;
• Visa Electron (Visa Electron - non UK issued – some non-UK issued Electron cards will be credit cards).

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, through the post or over the Internet. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or postal order, made payable to 'Ulula'. Please send postal orders recorded delivery.

You may purchase goods from the ulula.co.uk site with your credit card using currencies other than 'pounds sterling'. In such cases your credit card company will be billed in 'pounds sterling' and they in turn will bill you in your local currency. The actual exchange rate applied to your transaction will be the rate set by your credit card company on the date of the transaction.

Our payment processing is powered by WorldPay a modern, secure payment processor. We have carefully chosen Worldpay as our payment processing partner so you can order with confidence.

Although our payment processing is highly secure, some customers are reluctant to enter credit card details online. In this case, please email us your order or post us a written order along with a cheque (made payable to 'Ulula').

Should you have any problems ordering online, please do not hesitate to call us. We will try and deal with your problem as swiftly as possible and get your order off to you without further delay.

Complaints

We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and advise the customer how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We will keep the consumer informed throughout the process.
