FAQ

How can I join the Ulula Loyalty Rewards Programme?

When you create an account with Ulula, you'll earn points every time you shop with us using your account. You don't need to do anything else to join.

If you checkout as a guest, you won't earn points on those orders. You can't transfer points between customer accounts, so please make sure that you're using your correct email address and that you're logged in every time, before you start placing an order, to be able to earn and spend your points.

Your points accumulate. Every time you log into your account and shop with us, you'll receive 1 points for every £1 you spend (excluding shipping and rounded down to nearest £) which equates to 1p. You need a minimum of 100 loyalty points in your account before you can redeem against a purchase.

You can also earn points and rewards by reviewing a product.

Loyalty Points are only available after your order has been paid and the order has been shipped. Points are valid for 12 months.

Points cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash. Points are added to your rewards account when an order is paid or fulfilled, and subtracted when an order is cancelled. If an order is changed for any reason, the points earned will be adjusted to reflect the new order value.

How can I see how many points I have?

Once you have logged in to your account, go to “Your Account” and then “Order Information” and you will see a list of all your orders and the loyalty reward points previously earned and spent. Your points will show up in the middle of the screen.

How can I earn extra points?

You can earn extra points and rewards by subscribing to our newsletter, reviewing a product or recommending a friend. (If you are already receiving our newsletter, you won’t get the points as you’ve already signed up.)

How can you redeem points?

It's easy to redeem points. As soon as you log in to your account you will be able to see how many points you have earned. You can redeem previously rewarded points when you checkout. You need a minimum of 100 loyalty points in your account before you can redeem against a purchase.
