This small shaped pasta made from organic buckwheat is a gluten free alternative for children or adults who have to exclude gluten from their diet. Easy and quick to prepare, ready within 3 minutes, just add a sauce.
Free from gluten, cow's milk, egg, cholesterol, lactose, soya, sugar and genetically modified ingredients. Bring 1.5 litres water to boiling (add 1 teaspoon salt), add Werz buckwheat pasta and leave for 3 minutes in the hot water. Strain in cold water and serve immediately.
