Organic Pure Spelt Rusks These sugar free organic wholemeal spelt rusks can be given during the second stage of weaning and beyond. They are ideal if your baby is teething and needs something wholesome to chew on. Please do not leave your baby unattended with any food. Alternatively, for a quick snack, pour your baby?s milk, herbal tea or freshly pressed juice (diluted with water if you prefer) onto a couple of rusks, leave to soak and then mash with a fork.

This barley bulgur is organically grown to biodynamic standards. Barley has long been known to calm the stomach and the gastro-intestinal tract. It is one of the oldest grains and is known to have been cultivated in the Middle East around 8000 B.C. Barley is easily digestible and strengthens the sensory nervous systems. Helps with stress and maintaining concentration. Has positive effects on skin and connective tissue (extremely good against cellulite).
