I bought this glass grater as my mum was insisting me buying it, as she had it with me and her mum had it, too. 'It was an essential kit for weaning'- she said. She also thought that with my LO approaching 7 months of age, I was already late purchasing it to cater for his needs in the second stage of weaning, when I'm not suppose to purée everything but grating and mashing it. I must say she was right! In seconds, I can prepare a breakfast from fresh fruits like pear and apple mixing it with Holle millet or wholegrain rice and follow on formula or yogurt. Love the product.
