Now your baby is ready for a new combination of vegetables. It's almost like a little menu for baby. Potatoes, peas and zucchini are mixed together, providing your baby with a yummy and nutritious lunch. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the Holle Organic Weaning Oil for extra essential fatty acids and to increase the availability of fat soluble vitamins.

An organic alternative for a cows milk free diet. The Holle Organic Goats Milk Formula can be used to continue on after breast feeding or after using the Holle Organic Infant Formula 1 or 2 or another brand of formula. It is also ideal for use in preparing the Holle organic cereal porridge range.
Holle Organic Goat Milk Nutrition Formula is made of 99% of organically produced ingredients, for example organic milk from goats which have been kept in their natural environment.
Suitable for those with an hereditary fructose intolerance. Suitable for vegetarians.
Sometimes milk nutrition drinks are not suitable due to your child being lactose intolerant. As cow milk and goat milk have partially the same proteins an allergic reaction or intolerance can occur to both milks. However in many cases, children react to certain cow milk proteins which are not found in goat milk, therefore, goat milk can be a natural alternative.
The preparation is simple and quick. The milk powder has to be mixed and shaken with boiled water.

Never leave your baby to suck the bottle continuously, due to risk of tooth decay. Because of the risk of overheating, do not heat in a microwave.

Preparation:
Pour approx. 200 ml of fresh, boiling water over tea bag and allow to infuse for 5-10 min. Remove tea bag and pour Holle Organic Baby Tea into a bottle. Allow to cool to approx. 37?C before feeding.
Sweetening the tea is not necessary.

Holle Organic Baby Millet Porridge with Apple and Pear Organic Millet Porridge with Apple and Pear is a multi-purpose organic cereal porridge.
Quickly and easily prepared without cooking. Can be fed as a porridge in combination with fresh milk or as a non-dairy fruit or vegetable meal (some babies prefer a fruity taste with their vegetables). Werz Organic Millet (gluten free) Millet is one of the oldest cultivated cereal grains in the world and is very rich in unsaturated fatty acids. This gluten free grain has a significant amount of minerals, vitamins and trace elements - in particular silicic acid, which influences the healthy growths of bones, hair, nails and skin.
Organic millet is easy to cook: just cook 1 part of the millet grain (allow approx 100g per person) with two parts water or stock, until the water is absorbed and season with herbs.
Serve with vegetables or a tomato-based sauce. Nutritious and filling. Good value for money if you have to feed a family and ideal for those with a gluten intolerance.
Sabine's tip for a summer recipe: cook the millet in vegetable stock with some mixed herbs and a dash of tomato puree, leave to cool, add cucumber cubes, yoghurt or tsatsiki and season with lots of dill.

Organic Bulgur from Buckwheat You may have heard of bulgur wheat, but perhaps you didn't know that bulgurs can also be made from other grains. This buckwheat bulgur is organically grown to biodynamic standards. Bulgur from buckwheat has a mild taste, cooks easily and is satisfying. As buckwheat is gluten free it is a perfect alternative for those with coeliac.

Basic Recipe:
40g bulgur per person, 80-100ml boiling water or low salt vegetable stock.
Method:
Boil for 3 min, take off the heat and leave to swell for about 15-20 min.

Werz Cream of Tartar Baking Powder (gluten free) Gluten Free Cream of Tartar Baking Powder (For our German customers: it is Weinstein Backpulver) contains just cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda - no phosphate, unlike other baking powders. This is particularly important to know when baking a lot for you and your young family. Too much phosphate can weaken the bones, especially dangerous for children if calcium intake is low at the same time. Phosphate is often found in non organic meat and sausages to give its the red colour while organic meat looks a rather natural grey. Carefully read the ingredients lists on packages when shopping for you and your family.
Use 20g Gluten Free Cream of Tartar Baking Powder for 500g flour. Mix well. Use for all baking situations when baking powder is required. For our German customers: it is Weinstein Backpulver.

Werz Organic Carob Powder (gluten free) Naturally sweet energy! Can be used instead of cocoa when baking as well as in ice cream and drinks. Carob is also known as St. John's bread. Carob contains hardly any fat but lots of essential fibres which are important in a balanced diet.
Suitable for every age. Allergic reactions are not known.
Basic guide for baking: add 5-10% carob powder to the baking dough.
