An organic alternative for a cows milk free diet. The Holle Organic Goats Milk Formula can be used to continue on after breast feeding or after using the Holle Organic Infant Formula 1 or 2 or another brand of formula. It is also ideal for use in preparing the Holle organic cereal porridge range.
Holle Organic Goat Milk Nutrition Formula is made of 99% of organically produced ingredients, for example organic milk from goats which have been kept in their natural environment.
Suitable for those with an hereditary fructose intolerance. Suitable for vegetarians.
Sometimes milk nutrition drinks are not suitable due to your child being lactose intolerant. As cow milk and goat milk have partially the same proteins an allergic reaction or intolerance can occur to both milks. However in many cases, children react to certain cow milk proteins which are not found in goat milk, therefore, goat milk can be a natural alternative.
The preparation is simple and quick. The milk powder has to be mixed and shaken with boiled water.

Holle Organic Baby Milk Cereal with Spelt Holle Milk Cereal with Spelt is unsweetened and quick to prepare. Vitamins and minerals which a baby needs, but cannot be supplied within the natural mix of ingredients, account for less than 1%. These are added in line with the EU provisions on infant cereals. Organic Milk Cereal with Spelt has a mild flavour to suit babies. It is easy to digest due to the fact that the starch is already broken down.

This barley bulgur is organically grown to biodynamic standards. Barley has long been known to calm the stomach and the gastro-intestinal tract. It is one of the oldest grains and is known to have been cultivated in the Middle East around 8000 B.C. Barley is easily digestible and strengthens the sensory nervous systems. Helps with stress and maintaining concentration. Has positive effects on skin and connective tissue (extremely good against cellulite).

40g bulgur per person, 80-100ml boiling water or low salt vegetable stock.
Method:
Boil for 3 min, take off the heat and leave to swell for about 15-20 min.
