For your convenience just warm up half of the jar content and add to your homemade vegetable puree or mashed potatoes or even with one of the Holle organic/biodynamic vegetable jars. Suitable for babies from the age of 6 months onwards and/or after introducing vegetables as part of you baby's mixed diet. Free from gluten and dairy propducts.
Warm half of the contents of the jar in a water bath. Stir well and mix with either a home made vegetable puree or one of the Holle Organic vegetable jars. Add Holle Organic Rice or Millet porridge if desired to make up the right consistency for your baby and his/her age. Gluten free. Free from dairy. No added salt or sugar.
