Organic Pure Spelt Rusks These sugar free organic spelt rusks can be given during the second stage of weaning and beyond. They are ideal if your baby is teething and needs something wholesome to chew on. Please do not leave your baby unattended with any food. Alternatively, for a quick snack, pour your baby?s milk, herbal tea or freshly pressed juice (diluted with water if you prefer) onto a couple of rusks, leave to soak and then mash with a fork.

Vegan, free from gluten, egg free, free from cow's milk, free from cholesterol, free from lactose. Basic preparation: preheat oven to 220?C, brush oil thinly over pizza base, add sauce and toppings of your choice and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
