The grains used in this product are guaranteed free from gluten and are grown to certified organic standards. Freshly milling the whole grain kernel before baking, helps to ensure all the goodness of the wholesome ingredients are retained for use by the body.
Werz does not use wheat starch in the products and operates a separate production line for all their gluten free specialities.
Vegan, free from gluten, egg free, free from cow's milk, free from cholesterol, free from lactose. Basic preparation: preheat oven to 220?C, brush oil thinly over pizza base, add sauce and toppings of your choice and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
