Weleda Nursing Oil Developed by midwives and pharmacists Weleda Nursing Oil is a gentle natural formula created for nourishing and soothing massage of the breasts prior to nursing.
Pure, natural essential oils of fennel, caraway and marjoram are traditionally used to support healthy lactation and stimulate free milk flow.
Weleda Nursing Oil can be used for regular breast massage. This type of massage can have a positive effect on the whole breastfeeding process. The oil can be applied from the 38th week of pregnancy several times a day.
Weleda pregnancy products have been developed by experienced midwives and pharmacists, and are certified as natural skin care.

Weleda Blackthorn Elixir Weleda Buckthorn Elixir is made from ripe sloe berries, gathered with the greatest care from a certified, controlled collection. The product is completed with the addition of biodynamically grown lemon juice, maintaining the natural benefits of the blackthorn.
According to the anthroposophical view of the human being and nature, blackthorn invigorates and rebalances. The fruit blackthorn enlivens and strengthens the body, especially after increased stresses, during phases of growth, at school or work, during pregnancy and breast feeding, as well as in old age when the body's natural regenerative powers are reduced.

Weleda Pregnancy Body Oil can be applied two to three times daily - from the beginning of pregnancy up to three months after birth ? with light, circular massage movements over the stomach, thighs, bottom and breasts. Weleda Massage Balm with Arnica A traditional herbal remedy for the symptomatic relief of rheumatic and muscular pain and stiffness as well as backache, stiffness, fibrositis, cramps, sprains and bruising.
An excellent oil for massaging into the affected area to bring warmth and relief of pain and to help prevent stiffening.
Directions for use: For cutaneous use only. ADULTS and CHILDREN: Apply sparingly 3-4 times daily. Ideally Massage Balm should be used after a warm bath or shower, while the skin is still damp.
