Alb Gold's Organic Farfalle pasta is made from the finest organic spelt flour. Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains. It is high in fibre, has a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat. Simply yummy served with grilled vegetables, pesto, a light creamy sauce or in a salad.
