Over the Easter bank holiday enjoy a cosy brunch with the whole family: colourful eggs, fresh rolls and other delicacies taste particularly good when there is plenty of time to enjoy them. This is what you need:
250 g quark or a vegan quark alternative
A handful of cress
A pinch of salt + pepper
Some olive oil
A squeeze of lemon juice
MOGLi Spelt Pretzels


  1. Put the quark in a bowl.
  2. Cut the cress and stir it into the quark.
  3. Add a good dash of olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add a squeeze of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  6. Stir everything together.
  7. Dive into the spelt pretzels, dip them and enjoy!
