Alb-Gold Organic Buckwheat Fusilli
Alb Gold's gluten free organic buckwheat fusilli pasta is a really tasty and healthy alternative pasta that is quick and easy to prepare. Buckwheat is neither a grain nor related to wheat and is gluten-free and safe for those with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities. The seeds are rich in protein and fibre, as well as a variety of antioxidants and other nutrients, including trace minerals manganese, magnesium and copper, and are a good source of the B vitamins.

Cooking time 8 minutes.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
