Alb Gold's Organic Fusilli pasta is made from the finest organic spelt flour. Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains. It is high in fibre, has a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat. Add any sauce of your choice or enjoy with grated cheese and steamed vegetables mixed through.
