Fish4Ever Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil are a premium, responsibly sourced delicacy made from carefully selected anchovies caught by local boats in the warm Southern Mediterranean waters south of Sicily and Calabria. Processed by hand in a small factory, the anchovies are matured for 6–8 months in large vats of hand-harvested Trapani sea salt, developing their rich flavour and tender texture. Once perfectly ripened, each fillet is expertly prepared by hand and packed in a local, green and fruity organic extra virgin olive oil, preserving its authentic Mediterranean character and exceptional quality in every bite.
