To take best care for the pieces, they should be stored in a cool and dry place, they can be cleaned with a damp cloth and dried immediately. Grapat do not recommend immersing parts in water, nor using disinfectants.
Each Grapat toy is made by hand using wood and painted with water-based stain. Therefore, each may vary slightly in appearance. And, as with any natural material, the colours and wood may also change over time as they are played with.

The wood comes from sustainable forests and holds the certification PEFC 14-35-00485.
The dyes are water based and non-toxic. The colours and their appearance might vary slightly. The finishes are made with wax and oils of vegetable origin.
