Cleaning: Before first use, sterilize the teether by placing it in a bowl and submerging it in boiled water for five minutes. Let dry.
Day-to-day: Keep clean by rinsing with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and let dry. For a deeper clean, repeat the initial process of soaking in boiling water when needed. Do not clean in a dishwasher or microwave.
Since Hevea bath teethers are made from natural materials, do not store in direct sun.
Always check teethers for wear and tear before use by gently tugging on various parts of the teether and checking that it is in good condition. Do not forcefully rip toy apart. If there are any splits or changes in the teether, it should be discarded.
Hevea toys are produced from natural rubber, also called latex. While allergic reactions are rare, some children do have allergic reactions. Natural rubber latex allergy symptoms include: Itching, skin redness, rash, runny nose, watery eyes. Stop usage if any symptoms occur. DO NOT use it if you are aware of latex allergies.
