Beef is packed with nutrients such as B-vitamins, iron and zinc and is an excellent source of protein. Holle’s biodynamic beef jar is a very convenient way to add the highest quality organic meat to your baby’s diet. Finely puréed, it is easy to prepare and add to your homemade vegetable purées, mashed potatoes or even one of the Holle organic / biodynamic vegetable jars. Suitable for babies progressing from single vegetable purées as part of their mixed diet.

No added sugar or salt, no milk protein, no binding agent, no yeast, no egg, no lactose.
Store in a cool, dry place. Unheated leftovers can be kept in the closed jar in the fridge for two days.
1.Warm half of the contents of the jar in a water bath of boiling water.
2. Stir well and mix with either a home made vegetable purée or one of the Holle organic vegetable jars.
3. Start with a small amount and increase slowly as needed.
Recommended amount of meat is half a jar per day.
To increase the availability of essential fatty acids Holle recommend fortifying with around 1 teaspoon of Weaning Oil per 100g of meat purée.

"We mix 10 gr of this every 50 gr of our vegetable puree, plus some Holle grain millet/rice/oat. It tastes delicious, we prefer this to the chicken actually and we always have it in the cupboard in case we don’t find organic meat for her. Lovely product."
