Millet is one of the oldest cultivated cereals in the world. Alongside Holle Organic Rice Porridge, Millet Porridge is the most popular gluten free grain to start weaning your baby onto solids. Millet is particularly rich in iron (important during the weaning period), and is a valuable source of fibre, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals - in particular silicic acid, which influences the healthy growth of bones, hair, nails, and skin. Easily digestible, this tasty porridge is packed with the goodness of the whole grain which has been gently unlocked with heat and moisture, ready for your baby’s growing needs.

Gluten free, dairy free and no added sugar or salt. May contain traces of mustard.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 weeks of opening.
Easy to prepare using either breast milk, baby formula or just water for a delicious and wholesome porridge.
1. Heat 120ml of baby's usual milk to approximately 50°C.
2. Add 4 tablespoons (15g) of cereal and stir.
3. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37°C) before serving.
