Oats is known for its high protein content and as a great source of energy. It contains easily digestible carbohydrates, many unsaturated fatty acids, and a high percentage of vitamin B1. Holle Organic Oat Baby Porridge makes a perfect breakfast for your baby at a later stage of weaning - after introducing your baby to the gluten free porridges Rice and Millet at the beginning of weaning. (Single grain porridges should ideally be given before moving on to multi grain baby cereals like the Holle Organic Baby Muesli Porridge.) Oats contain gluten but not in a high quantity.

Dairy free and no added sugar or salt. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 weeks of opening.
Easy to prepare using either breast milk, baby formula or just water for a delicious and wholesome porridge.
1. Heat 120ml of baby's usual milk to approximately 50°C.
2. Add 4 tablespoons (15g) of cereal and stir.
3. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37°C) before serving.
This is only a guide. You can prepare Holle Porridges to the texture and quantity that your baby prefers.
