“Hip, hooray - it's my birthday…” Having a birthday is very special, and so are Tall Hat Tales paper cutout decorations. They all look beautiful on the birthday table, on a gift or as decoration on the cake. You can also decorate each plate with a birthday animal and let the guests cut and then decorate the birthday table. Please note - when cutting - that the print is not 100% identical on both sides as they are hand-painted. Cut along the line of the balloons and insert them into each other. Then the hippo will stand nicely on the table.
