Heating Instructions: Unzip, remove the inner pillow and wrap it in a towel. Place on a radiator or in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes at 75°C / 160°F. The pillow should NOT be heated for too long or too much, otherwise it can start to burn.

To Cool: Place in the fridge to cool. It can then be used to soothe when a cooling effect is needed.
Washing Instructions: Remove the pillow and wash the outside only. Hand wash only. Do not wring, spin or machine dry. Air dry carefully.
If your animal gets dirty, first remove the coarse dirt with a brush. A gentle hand wash is usually sufficient. The animals do not like it too hot and do not tolerate strong spinning, as this causes the wool to clump together. Therefore, please use lukewarm water and a mild wool detergent, do not rub it and do not wring it out, as this can damage the natural fibres. Then carefully squeeze out and leave to dry on a towel. Regular “beating” makes the drying process easier.
