Vivani Demeter Organic Drinking Chocolate is made with 50% fine cocoa from three traceable fincas in the Dominican Republic. Crafted from unprocessed, non-alkalised cocoa and sweetened with sugar beet, it delivers deep, authentic chocolate notes whether served hot or cold. Its simple, clean recipe, free from emulsifiers like soya lecithin and entirely non-GMO, makes it especially suitable for children. Mix 2 teaspoons (5g) to 100ml of milk. The cocoa is unprocessed (non-alkalised), so it is advisable to mix a small amount with warm liquid first. Then pour on the rest (warm or cold).
